An existing lower level theater with 8’ ceilings was converted to a multi-sport simulator space. With careful planning the existing foundation wall was opened to allow for excavation and underpinning to achieve the required ceiling height of 10’

Extensive drainage work and specialized waterproofing was installed to mitigate high water table. The space was fit out with a state of the art Trackman system.
